About This Event

Sessions built for young people, covering the ground between gaming, screen time, and gambling — including loot boxes, in-game purchases, and sports betting apps.

We work with schools, colleges, and youth centres to run these during the school day. The tone is practical and non-judgemental: the aim is to give young people the language to recognise risk in themselves and their friends, not to lecture them.

Educators and parents are welcome. Contact us to arrange a session at your school or centre.

What You Will Learn

  • Where gaming ends and gambling begins, including loot boxes and in-game odds
  • Practical screen-time and spending boundaries that actually hold
  • Self-care habits that support focus, sleep, and mood
  • How to help a friend who may be struggling, and where to send them
